What happened, and what can you do?

SpanWise keeps a small local diagnostic log so window problems have concrete answers.

Start here

Option-click Settings in the menu-bar menu to open Diagnostics. Copy the log and send it to support@spanwise.pro.

Accessibility looks enabled but nothing moves

Development builds can lose permission when their code identity changes. Released builds have a stable Developer ID identity. Remove SpanWise from Accessibility, add it again, then retry.

Spaces

SpanWise works on the currently visible Space. Apple provides no public API for reading or moving windows on other Spaces.
